For the Kite Safari, KevinLandskite collects enquiries and forwards the information required to Kite & More (Red Sea Kitesurfing), the organiser based in Egypt.

Depending on how you use the website, the following data may be processed:

• your contact details and messages when you contact us by email, Instagram or WhatsApp, so that we can answer your request;
• information entered in the Kite Safari form: identity, contact details, age, group, cabin and option choices, riding level, and information needed to organise the trip;
• where applicable, your height and weight, together with health or allergy information strictly required for safety and organisation;
• certain technical connection data processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.

The website does not collect your bank details, take payment for the trip or issue invoices. The deposit link opens Revolut, and the beneficiary account belongs to Weronika Bochnak. KevinLandskite does not receive these funds. Revolut and the beneficiary process payment-related data under their own obligations and privacy terms.

• processing a Kite Safari enquiry is based on your request and, where applicable, on the steps required before entering into a booking with the organiser;
• replying to messages and protecting the website are based on our legitimate interests in communicating with you and securing the service;
• health and allergy information is sensitive data: processing it requires your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Data is not sold or disclosed to other commercial partners. It is accessible to KevinLandskite and, for the purpose of organising the trip, transferred to Kite & More. Google Forms is used as the technical collection tool; the website host and communication services selected by the user may also process data strictly required for their operation.

As Kite & More is based in Egypt, this disclosure is a transfer outside the European Economic Area. Egypt is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.

Google and some communication services may also process data outside the European Economic Area under their own terms and transfer mechanisms.

At the end of these periods, data under our control is deleted from Google Forms, linked spreadsheets and working copies, unless a legal obligation applies or evidence must temporarily be retained in the event of a dispute.

Children are accepted only when accompanied by an adult and subject to the organiser's terms. Any enquiry about a child must be submitted by the person holding parental responsibility, or with that person's authorisation. A child's health information must only be provided with the explicit consent of their legal representative.

Some pages directly embed YouTube videos or Instagram content. Loading that content may automatically establish a connection with Google/YouTube or Meta/Instagram. These companies may then receive your IP address, device information and the page visited, and use cookies or similar technologies under their own rules.

You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, object to certain processing and, where applicable, obtain data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
